76ers PG Michael Carter-Williams
Carter-Williams was stout last season with the 76ers. Due to injury's and lack of talent the 76ers had the league's 2nd worst record of 19-63 but they found a hidden jewel in the 2013 NBA draft in 22 year old point guard Michael Carter-Williams. Not only did he emerge as the best rookie last season, he ended the year as Philadelphia's best player. He averaged 16.7 PPG with 6.3 APG. He won the Rookie of The Year award and he ended the season as one of three NBA players in history to average 16 points, 6 assists and 6 rebounds in their first year in the league. He be even better with rookie center Nerlens Noel coming back from injury. Expect big things from Carter-Williams this season in Philly.
